Description

A one-story house with a usable area of 91 m², designed with the comfort of families with children in mind. The well-thought interior layout is based on a clear division of the house into two independent private zones, connected by a centrally located living area.

The heart of the house is a spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen and a dining room, located in the central part of the building. On the right side of the house is the first private zone. On the left side there are two additional bedrooms, ideal as children’s rooms, a study or a guest room. This arrangement provides the household members with greater privacy, acoustic comfort and the possibility of separating the parents’ zone from the children’s zone.
